TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to purchasing goods from our site:

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are quoted inclusive of vat which currently stands at 20%, unless logged in as a trade user in which prices are shown exclusive of vat.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will endeavour to keep the site fully updated with new products and removing old ones. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you with an option of waiting for the product to become available or be given a full refund for the product which is unavailable.

Delivery is charged at a fixed rate of £1.50 on standard items for the UK mainland arrive via Royal mail. Delivery over a unit multiple of six will be sent via Interlink for next day arrival at a cost of £4.50. Delivery to other areas (including overseas) will be sent via Royal Mail, Recorded Signed For and costs will use a weight/ size calculation.

Please note that we can only offer tracking for Europe & rest of the world to UK borders only and cannot be held responsible for goods from this point onwards. If you require delivery with full tracking, please get in contact and we will quote separately.

Deliveries will normally be made to UK addresses within 2 days. You will be advised of any delay, or if the item is not available.

Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, however if we are not negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us via email. In the case of non-delivery please wait 14 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt.


RETURNS

Goods may be returned within 21 working days from receipt and you will receive a full refund providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. You must notify us by email of your intention to return any good received.

It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them, and aknowleged receipt.

In the event that the goods are not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any complaints will be processed and rectified as soon as possible.

A confirmation email is sent to you after the placing of an order and after despatch.


DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.

If you make a purchase you will be added to a customer database for the future receipt of our printed mail-order catalogue unless you specify otherwise. If requested you may also be added to an e-mailing list to be notified of new products and special offers. We will give you the chance of refusing any marketing email from us.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing the goods are not damaged, and you will receive a full refund.

NOTHING IN THE ABOVE GUARANTEE AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS (Your statutory rights are not affected).
